I found an awful lot to be inspired by in this exhibition. These are the images that I found most interesting and which have been added to my 'exhibitions' sketchbook with notes on each about what I took away from the image.

I was very interested in the textures produced in many of the prints, the simplicity of some and the colours of others. The inking on the damaged leaves and the use of actual leaves to make the print by Peter Ford is something that I would like to experiment with. Rachel Gracey's use of white on buff coloured paper and overlaid on top of darker colour to make grey is really effective, and she's using very simple shapes to make a complex image. Roy Willingham's linocut made me think of using chine collé to get blocks of colour. There were also several examples of printing right to the edge of the paper which is something that I think I will need to do for my project.
